We deliver Happy, Healthy, Safe Fun. We provide Pony Rides for both Children and Adults, with no height, weight or age restrictions. Our accident-free rides are hand-led by side-walkers. We individually tailor our packages to your unique desires, needs and budget. We warmly welcome and strongly encourage Themes - Paint the Pony, Faeries, Knights, Princesses, Gypsies, Pirates, Cowboys, Cowgirls, Indians, Lord of The Rings, Headless Horseman, Unicorn, Pegasus, Circus. You name it, our horses have done it all - children's birthday parties to events such as Eeyore's Birthday Party, with an average attendance of more than 200,000 people. Our forgiving, gentle, kind, loving horses take everything in stride, including live music, parades, carnivals, balloons, bounce houses, cannons, fire works, gun fire, sirens, air horns, trains, and crowds of thousands. We are available for all events and occasions including but not limited to Birthdays, Engagements, Weddings, Anniversaries, Family Reunions, School, Church, Fairs, Festivals, Fund Raisers, Grand Openings, HOA Events, Parades, Corporate and Special Events of any and all types.

- Face Painting: $25 / hour

- Fire & Flag Performance: $75 / half-hour

1) DEPOSITS: In order to reserve a date we require a deposit of 25% (Twenty-Five percent). Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. To secure your date immediately, you may pay your deposit by Paypal (Credit/Debit, e-check) or wire transfer (bank, Walmart, Western Union).

3) DOG POLICY: For the safety of your children and our horses, please keep all dogs inside or put away for the duration of the event. If there is a loose dog, the horse rides will be stopped until the dog is put away. Excited dogs charging at or nipping at the horses is a serious safety hazard. (Should your dog get loose and injure or kill any of our horses, you will be held liable and responsible for veterinary bills and/or full payment of replacement costs. Replacements will be selected by Bella Peregrina Ranch as not all horses are suitable for this type of work.)

4) WET BATHING SUITS: If you are having a pool party or a water slide at your event, please make sure that all of the children are dry before the rides begin. Please provide towels to protect our saddles. Wet suits are NOT allowed on our saddles.

5) WORKING SURFACES: We strongly prefer that our horses work on grass, dirt, sand. We may make exceptions for asphalt or smooth pavement, with no gravel, glass or other dangerous debris. The area in which the horses are working may not have been treated with chemical pesticides or fertilizers within 5 days of them working on it as it may be a health hazard for them.

6) CLEAN UP: Upon request, Bella Peregrina Ranch will be responsible for clean up and removal of all horse manure. Horse manure makes the best natural, organic fertilizer - ask us to spread it for you.

7) BAD WEATHER POLICY: Should the weather be questionable on the day of your party, you may cancel no later than 8 hours prior to the event starting time and no earlier than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If weather is questionable, we will call you prior to our leaving. If you cancel at that time there will be no additional charges. However, if you tell us to come anyway, once we leave our driveway YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL even if we are unable to work at ALL upon arrival. If we begin work, the weather is questionable, and we are forced to stop the event, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL.

8) TRAVEL CHARGE: A travel charge, based on current diesel fuel prices, may apply.

GUIDED TRAIL RIDES:

Happy, Healthy, Safe Fun for Everyone! Let us custom tailor a trail ride to meet your individual abilities, level of experience and location preference. We recommend 1 hour rides for families with children as well as inexperienced, novice or beginner Guests. We recommend 2 - 3 hour rides for avid, intermediate to advanced, experienced Guests. Side-walkers are required for children who are under the age of 7, under 4 feet tall, and/or weigh less than 75 - 90 pounds. Side-walkers are also available if necessary or upon request for inexperienced or novice Guests. Rides must be scheduled in advance. We regret that we may not accommodate Walk Ins at this time.

WEIGHT LIMITS
Please let us know in advance what maximum weight we will need to accommodate. To keep our horses happy, healthy, safe and sound, the horses have the following weight limits, which will be strictly enforced:
- Small Horse: 150 pounds
- Medium horse: 250 pounds
- Large horse: 350 pounds

Side Walkers are $30 per hour.
