We deliver Happy, Healthy, Safe Fun. We are available for all events and occasions including but not limited to Birthdays, Weddings, Family Reunions, School & Church Fairs & Festivals, Fund Raisers, Grand Openings, HOA Events, Pre Schools, Corporate Events and Special Events of any and all types, for Children of All Ages (Yes, that includes Adult Children ;-) We offer horse rental packages in addition to hand-led ride packages (1 - 4 horses). You name it, our horses have done it all - children's birthday parties to events such as Eeyore's Birthday Party, with an average attendance of more than 200,000 people. They are accustomed to live music, parades, carnivals, balloons, bounce houses, cannons, fire works, gun fire, sirens, air horns, trains, and of course hundreds of Children of All Ages.

PRICE LIST:

Medium and Large Horses capable of riding double (2 children or 1 child / 1 adult). Estimated rides per hour are approximate.

* $75 per hour for 1 horse (30 rides per hour)
* $150 per hour for 2 horses (60 rides per hour)
* $225 per hour for 3 horses (90 rides per hour)
* $300 per hour for 4 horses (120 rides per hour)

1) DEPOSITS: In order to reserve a date we require a deposit of 25% (Twenty-Five percent). Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. To secure your date immediately, you may pay your deposit online through Paypal (www.paypal.com, to skyeds@tex1.net) with a check, credit or debit card, or you may send a money order or cashier-certified check via snail mail (please call or email for mailing address), however please be aware that we do not hold a date until the deposit has been received.

2) PAYMENT: Payment for balances due may be made in one of two ways. You may pay online through Paypal (www.paypal.com, to skyeds@tex1.net) with a check, credit or debit card no later than the day prior to your party, or you may pay in cash the day of the party PRIOR to the beginning of the party.

3) DOG POLICY: For the safety of your children and our horses, please keep all dogs inside or put away for the duration of the event. If there is a loose dog, the horse rides will be stopped until the dog is put away. Excited dogs charging at or nipping at the horses is a serious safety hazard. (Should your dog get loose and injure or kill any of our horses, you will be held liable and responsible for veterinary bills and/or full payment of replacement costs. Replacements will be selected by Bella Peregrina Ranch as not all horses are suitable for this type of work.)

4) WEIGHT LIMITS: The horses have the following weight limits, which will be enforced:
* Small horse - Pony size: 80 pounds
* Medium horse: 200 pounds
* Large horse: 300 pounds

5) WET BATHING SUITS: If you are having a pool party or a water slide at your event, please make sure that all of the children are dry before the rides begin. Wet suits are NOT allowed on the saddles.

6) WORKING SURFACES: The horses may work on grass, dirt or sand. The area in which the horses are working may not have been treated with chemical pesticides or fertilizers within 5 days of them working on it as it may be a health hazard for them.

7) CLEAN UP: Upon request, Bella Peregrina Ranch will be responsible for clean up and removal of all horse manure. Horse manure makes the best natural, organic fertilizer - ask us to spread it for you.

8) BAD WEATHER POLICY: Should the weather be questionable on the day of your party, you may cancel no later than 8 hours prior to the event starting time and no earlier than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time. If weather is questionable, we will call you prior to our leaving. If you cancel at that time there will be no additional charges. However, if you tell us to come anyway, once we leave our driveway YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL even if we are unable to work at ALL upon arrival. If we begin work, the weather is questionable, and we are forced to stop the event, YOU ARE STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT IN FULL.

9) TRAVEL CHARGE: A travel charge of 50 cents per mile one way will be assessed for locations more than 75 miles from Bella Peregrina Ranch in Rockdale 76567.
